Returns & Exchanges – KimC Studio

We hope you love your KimC Studio piece. Each garment is made in small batches with care, intention, and time. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for full-priced items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• With all labels, tags, and packaging intact
• Free from marks, makeup, fragrance, or wear

Due to the delicate nature of natural fibres and small-batch production, we are unable to accept returns for items that show signs of wear or handling beyond trying on.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale items
• Made-to-order pieces
• Intimates (if applicable)

These pieces are final sale and will be clearly identified at purchase.

Requesting a Return or Exchange

Please contact us at info@kimcstudio.com with:

• Your order number
• Item(s) you wish to return or exchange
• Reason (optional, but appreciated)

We will guide you through the next steps and provide the return address.

Return Postage

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable service, as KimC Studio is not responsible for parcels lost in transit.

For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you once we have received and approved the returned piece.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.

Faults

We take every piece through a careful quality check.
However, if you believe your item has a fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we will make it right.
We may request photos to assess the issue before proceeding.
