RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Eligible full-price purchases may be returned for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

Please contact Kim C Studio within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Once approved, the item must be dispatched back to us within 7 days of approval.

Eligible full-price items may be returned for a refund to the original payment method or exchanged for another size or colour, subject to availability.

Returned items must be unworn, unused and unwashed, with all original tags attached and in their original condition. Items must be free from makeup, fragrance, deodorant and other marks.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns and exchanges are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, except where required by law.

Sale Items

Sale items may be returned for an exchange or store credit only, subject to the return conditions above.

Final Sale

Items clearly marked Final Sale are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, refunds, exchanges or store credit.

This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact Kim C Studio as soon as reasonably possible with your order details and photographs where appropriate.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are separate from our change-of-mind returns policy. Where goods fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances.

Where required by law, Kim C Studio will cover or reimburse reasonable return costs for goods that fail to meet a consumer guarantee.
