At KimC Studio, every garment is crafted in small, considered batches using natural fabrics and ethical production practices. Pre-order allows you to reserve limited-run pieces before they reach general release.
How Pre-Order Works
- Choose your piece and select “Pre-Order.”
- A deposit or full payment confirms your order.
- You’ll receive an email with your approximate delivery timeframe.
- Once production is complete, we ship your item and send you the tracking information.
Please note: our small-batch process takes time. Each piece is produced with care, your patience supports slow fashion.

Shipping Timeline
- Pre-order items ship in 6-7 weeks (exact timeframe listed on each product page).
- Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will ship together unless you request split shipping.
- Domestic and international shipping available.
Returns & Exchanges
Pre-order items are produced in limited quantities.
- Exchanges for size: accepted within 7 days of receiving your order (unworn, tags attached).
- Refunds: not available for change of mind.
- If production is cancelled, you will receive a full refund or alternate item.
