PRE-ORDER RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Pre-order items are produced or allocated specifically in anticipation of customer orders. Please consider your purchase carefully before placing a pre-order.

Before Dispatch

If you need to cancel a pre-order, please contact Kim C Studio as soon as possible. Cancellation requests received before production or allocation has been confirmed may be accepted at Kim C Studio's discretion.

Once production or allocation has been confirmed, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

After Delivery

If you would like to exchange a pre-order item for a different size or colour, please contact Kim C Studio within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Once approved, the item must be dispatched back within 7 days of approval.

Pre-order items are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds after delivery.

Items returned for exchange must be unworn, unused and unwashed, with all original tags attached and in their original condition.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, please contact Kim C Studio and we will provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
